Ophthalmology Registrar, rotated end of 2025 Favourite loop: Hands down the Eltham pain train on a Thursday morning. It's a 50km ride, with the first 15km as moderate warm up in a big group. You then split into fast and slow groups, and the fast chop group is an absolute smash fest averaging up to 40km/h.
